Day 1 – Arrival day - Airport pick up

At the time of your arrival our driver will greet and drive you safely to your Hotel or Residence we booked.
Complete check in formalities at Hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Half Day Dubai city sightseeing Tour

Dubai city sightseeing tour package is one of the best ways to explore the both historic and glittering side of Dubai that is often referred to as the Middle East’s gem. The tour includes a visit to Dubai Museum that is housed within the 18th century Al Fahidi Fort. It has on display arts and artifacts reflecting the ancient history and lifestyle of traditional Arabs. An ideal illustration of a blend of outstanding Islamic and contemporary architecture, Jumeirah Mosque is another popular point of interest covered in the itinerary.

Evening Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner and dune Bashing

Afternoon proceed to Desert Safari. This tour departs in the afternoon across the desert with photo-stops during an exciting dune drive and visit the camel farm. The drive continues across the desert. Watch the beautiful sunset in the desert. Reach our campsite, where you have the opportunity to do camel riding, sand boarding and try out a henna design on hands or feet. After working up an appetite enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and a shisha (the famous Arabic water pipe). Before returning, watch our belly dancer performing her show.

please note that this is not recommended for children below 3 years and the Dune bashing is quite bumpy and not safe for the infants also we don’t have any special seats for babies.

Day 3 – Evening Dhow cruise with dinner at Dubai Marina

In the Evening, proceed for Dhow Cruise (19:30hrs – 23:00hrs approx. ) for a fabulous relaxing evening join our traditional Arabian dhow for an evening’s cruise on Dubai Marina. Enjoy a sumptuous feast of Arabic and International cuisine while gently gliding past illuminated souks, banks and palaces.

    • Residents of UAE, KSA and other GCC countries must ensure that the validity of their Travel document/visa/Iqama/residency permit exceeds 6 months from the date of return.

    • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour operator or allows it.

    • What we mean by ‘seat-in-coach’ is to make available comfortable van / bus/ coach for arrivals, departures, or sightseeing. However, please be informed that when you choose to tour on SIC basis, you will be required to share transportation with other guests. If you don’t approve the same, we recommend you to take advantage of a private vehicle by paying extra charge.

    • The pick-up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.

    • Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.

    • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.

    • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.

    • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.

    • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.

    • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.

    • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.

    • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities

    • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

    • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.

    • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

    • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.

    • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.

    • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, so please ensure that to carry during the tour if required, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

    • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.

    • No refund for partly utilized services.

    • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.

    • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

    • Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.


    Terms and Conditions



    • Non refundable and Non amendable once confirmed

    • Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be taken into account for making land component’s final payment.

    • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.

    • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.

    • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

    • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability. 

    • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

    • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions. 

    • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

    • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

    • The breakfast timing at international hotels is mostly from 6:30 hrs to 10:00 hrs.

    • The rates in this document are subject to change/revision based on any increase / decrease in the hotels’/suppliers’ rates or the taxes imposed by the government.

    • Surcharge rates may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel, during exhibitions, conferences, Christmas, New Year period etc.

    • The grant or refusal of a visa is up to the sole discretion of a particular government, consulate or embassy, and Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for the delay, denial or non-issuance of visa to travellers. Apart from this, Sabsan Holidays will not be responsible for any additional expense or loss resulting from it.

    • Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for any negligence or ineffectiveness of services provided by third parties, such as airlines and hotels.

    • Sabsan Holidays is only a tour operator and should not be held liable for your own acts on account of misconduct or personal affairs. For instance, Sabsan Holidays or its team cannot guarantee the safety of your personal belongings or vital documents at any point of your vacation.

    • Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for any kind of damages or misconduct done by guests during tour.

    • At Sabsan Holidays, we take all rational effort to provide accurate and genuine information on our website. Nevertheless, we cannot assure the exactness of all information, particularly images that depict the services made available by hotels and other third party service providers.

    • For a hassle-free vacation, we recommend you to avail of a travel insurance plan through one of Sabsan Holiday’s sales agents, prior to departing from your destination. However, extra charges may apply.

    • In such circumstance when a client applies for documents relevant for traveling, such as visa, through Sabsan Holidays and later the tour is cancelled because of the unavailability of these documents, no refund will be made to the client. Moreover, clients are not eligible for any claim of payments or cash deposits that are non-refundable.

    • Unless otherwise paid for it, no separate bed will be provided to a kid accompanying his or her parents. However, if you want an extra bed for your kid, you can get one by directly making payment to the hotel. Furthermore, no refund will be done in such instance wherein you’ve already paid for the bed and don’t want to avail of it.

    • Sabsan Holidays reserves the sole right to amend or update the above mentioned terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
