Sabsan Travel and Tourism LLC maintains the sabsanholidays.com Website (“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the sabsanholidays.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Site. Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, Sabsan Holidays may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Terms and Conditions:-
- Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be taken into account for making land component’s final payment.
- Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking.
- Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year, Diwali, Pushkar fair, etc. local regional events period ( depends on destination )
- Surcharges applicable during Christmas and New Year period, blackout periods, festivals, long weekends, conventions, special events and trade fairs etc.
- Rates are subject to change/revision based on any increase/decrease in the hotels’/suppliers’ rates or the taxes imposed by the government or if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in a travel destination
- All Rooms and Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking room/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
- Change in room, while on holiday, will be subject to availability & may attract additional charges.
- Early check-in / late checks out are subject to the availability of rooms.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- No refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. partially or not utilized on your tour
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- The vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives ( depends on tours )
- All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable.
- Please be aware that some of our airfares and land arrangements need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge and non-transferable.
- Please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation and Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to make changes if required.
- All Purchased entrance tickets are non-refundable.
- All entrances fees will be on a direct payment basis as per Itinerary ( if any )
- It is not advisable to travel in the night if necessary supplement charge applicable
- Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
- In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- The grant or refusal of a visa is up to the sole discretion of a particular government, consulate or embassy, and Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for the delay, denial or non-issuance of visa to travellers. Apart from this, Sabsan Holidays will not be responsible for any additional expense or loss resulting from it.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
- Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for any negligence or ineffectiveness of services provided by third parties, such as airlines and hotels.
- Sabsan Holidays should not be held responsible for any kind of damages or misconduct done by guests during tour.
- Sabsan Holidays is only a tour operator and should not be held liable for your own acts on account of misconduct or personal affairs. For instance, Sabsan Holidays or its team cannot guarantee the safety of your personal belongings or vital documents at any point of your vacation.
- At Sabsan Holidays, we take all rational effort to provide accurate and genuine information on our website. Nevertheless, we cannot assure the exactness of all information, particularly images that depict the services made available by hotels and other third party service providers.
- For a hassle-free vacation, we recommend you to avail of a travel insurance plan through one of Sabsan Holiday’s sales agents, prior to departing from your destination. However, extra charges may apply. ( Mandatory for some countries )
- In such circumstance when a client applies for documents relevant for traveling, such as visa, through Sabsan Holidays and later the tour is cancelled because of the unavailability of these documents, no refund will be made to the client. Moreover, clients are not eligible for any claim of payments or cash deposits that are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise paid for it, no separate bed will be provided to a kid accompanying his or her parents. However, if you want an extra bed for your kid, you can get one by directly making payment to the hotel. Furthermore, no refund will be done in such instance wherein you’ve already paid for the bed and don’t want to avail of it.
- We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
- Sabsan Holidays will not be liable for any delays prior to departure or during travel to any hotels / resorts brought about by airline technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances out of our control. Any expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions will be for the passengers own account.
- Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
- Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
- Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any departure, excursion advertised.
- Sabsan Holidays reserves the sole right to amend or update the above mentioned terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
LIMITED LICENSE
- SITE OPERATION. The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Sabsan Holidays controls this Site from the U.A.E. Sabsan Holidays makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
- APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
- MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
- PURCHASES. Sabsan Holidays accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Sabsan Travel and Tourism LLC. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
- OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. Sabsan Holidays will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific.
- REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU. By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Sabsan Holidays through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- PERMITTED USE. You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Sabsan Holidays to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Sabsan Travel and Tourism LLC. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

If you use Sabsan Holidays Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain Sabsan Holidays prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Sabsan Holidays will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.

INDEMNITY
